Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Planning & Analysis – Senior Executive to join our growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will be a CA or CWA with strong analytical skills, a passion for financial performance, and a hunger to learn and grow.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise across business performance analysis, treasury, supply chain finance, and scenario modeling, while working closely with leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance & Financial Planning

Prepare and maintain Daily MIS reports, analyze key financial and operational metrics.
Conduct variance analysis to track deviations from budget and suggest corrective actions.
Develop and present financial dashboards to aid internal business reviews.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial scenario modeling for business planning.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Assist in daily cash flow preparation and tracking of fund movements.
Support bank reconciliations, fund utilization reports, and investment monitoring.
Provide insights for optimizing working capital cycles, including receivables, payables, and inventory management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with operations, procurement, and sales teams to gather financial inputs.
Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis, business case preparation, and special projects.
Contribute to building robust financial processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Candidate Requirements:
Candidate Must Have:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CWA) qualification.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial statements, and reporting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
Internship or work experience in manufacturing, FMCG, alcobev, or finance consulting industries.
