Eligibility Verification Caller Jobs in Bangalore – Job Responsibilities:
Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility via phone or online portals.
Update accurate insurance and demographic data in the system.
Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and internal teams.
Review insurance plans to determine patient coverage and benefits.
Help ensure correct claim processing by coordinating with the billing team.
Handle pre-authorizations and pre-certifications if required.
Stay informed about US healthcare insurance guidelines and policies.
Required Experience:
✔ 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Eligibility Verification for US healthcare
✔ Knowledge of insurance types: Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Plans
✔ Familiar with EOBs, portals, and payer-specific requirements
✔ Strong communication skills (verbal & written in English)
✔ Ability to work in night shifts (US shift timing)
✔ Educational Qualification – Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, etc.)
