JobRath is a growing hiring consultancy helping candidates and companies connect across India and abroad. We are now expanding our digital presence and looking for 2 enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executives to join our Delhi team.

Key Responsibilities:


Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)


Manage SEO (on-page & off-page) to boost website traffic and ranking


Run paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and monitor ROI


Handle social media marketing – content posting, audience engagement & follower growth


Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools


Collaborate with content, design, and recruitment teams to align strategy


Research trends and suggest innovative growth strategies



Key Skills Required:


Hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Meta Ads


Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools


Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and email marketing platforms


Strong written and verbal communication skills


Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines



Qualifications:


Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field


Digital Marketing certification preferred (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
