Job Summary – AR Caller (US Healthcare Process):
We are hiring experienced AR Callers to join our dynamic team in Noida. This is a great opportunity to build your career in the US healthcare industry, focusing on denial management, claims follow-up, and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Call insurance companies (in the US) to follow up on outstanding claims
Understand the reason for denial, short payment, or delay
Take appropriate action based on the claim status
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Document actions and maintain call logs

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 8 months of experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare RCM
Strong communication skills (verbal & written in English)
Good understanding of the US healthcare claim life cycle
Ability to analyze denials and take resolution steps
Comfortable working in night shifts

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBA, etc.)
Dropouts and freshers with AR calling training may also apply
