Key Responsibilities of AR RCM Manager:
As an Accounts Receivable (AR) RCM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the AR operations within the RCM process, ensuring smooth revenue cycle management for US healthcare clients. Your role will require leadership, analytical thinking, and strong knowledge of the US healthcare system.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

Lead and manage a team of AR executives and analysts.
Monitor daily AR activities including claim follow-ups, denials, and payments.
Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to improve team performance.


Revenue Cycle Optimization

Ensure timely submission and follow-up of claims to insurance companies.
Identify bottlenecks in the AR process and implement solutions.
Monitor KPIs like DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), AR aging, and collection targets.


Client Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact for US healthcare clients.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on AR performance.
Ensure client satisfaction through efficient problem-solving.


Compliance & Process Improvement

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other US healthcare regulations.
Review processes regularly to reduce denials and improve collection rates.
Implement best practices in RCM and AR operations.


Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports for senior management.
Provide insights on collection trends, denials, and revenue leakage.
Support strategic decision-making with data-driven analysis.



Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the role of AR RCM Manager at Jorie Health Mohali, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
Experience:

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
At least 3 years in a managerial role handling AR processes.


Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent knowledge of US healthcare AR and RCM processes.
Familiarity with insurance claim follow-ups, denials, and appeals.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and RCM software.
